How’s the 100 nights trial work?

Based on research by sleep experts, it takes at least 25 days for your body to fully adjust to a new mattress. That's why we offer a 100-night trial to give you the complete SleepUp Mattress sleep experience. If after 25 nights you find our mattress isn't the right fit, we will be happy to collect it and provide a full refund upon approval from our quality assurance team.

When does the 100 nights trial start?

The trial starts on the day your mattress is delivered. From the moment you receive your SleepUp Mattress, you can test it risk-free for 100 days.

How can I return my order within the trial time?

If you decide to return your order, simply email our customer service team. We will then arrange for our return partner to pick up the mattress at zero cost to you. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of the pickup.

Does the mattress need to stay in its plastic during the trial?

No, it does not. We want you to have the best sleep possible, which doesn't include sleeping on noisy plastic. The SleepUp Mattress is vacuum-sealed and roll-packed for easy delivery. Upon receipt, please carefully remove the plastic wrap using the handy cutting tool included in your welcome package. You will also find guidelines on how to properly unwrap your mattress. Within a few hours, your mattress will self-inflate and be ready for use.

What condition do products have to be in to be eligible for return?

You do not need to keep the original cover for a return. However, the products must be in good condition. This means the mattress should have no stains or damages caused by the customer. All returns are subject to review before being accepted.

When does the warranty start?

The warranty begins on the day you receive your SleepUp Mattress.

What is the coverage of the 15-year warranty?

This warranty is valid from the date of delivery and covers the first 10 years of use. Terms and conditions apply. If you experience a problem covered by the warranty, please contact our customer service team with photos of the issue, and we will replace it with a brand new mattress.

  • Sagging or Dips: Any permanent sags or dips greater than 2.5cm visible to the naked eye despite correct usage. Normal softening of materials over time is not covered.
  • Foam Defects: Any cracks or hollows in the mattress foam. Must be reported within 6 months to qualify.
  • Inflation Issues: Mattress not inflating correctly after removal, with a 2cm leeway in all dimensions. Allow up to 2 weeks to fully inflate.
  • Cover Damage: Faulty zip or stitching due to manufacturing error. General wear and tear is not covered.
