Conditions for Accepted Returns
- Product received is defective i.e. with wear and tear ✔
- Product is misplaced i.e. not the one you ordered ✔
- Product ordered is not of chosen size/colour ✔
- Package not proper and product affected due to bad packing ✔
- Return reported to customer care within 15 days of delivery ✔
Note: Refund of return shipping charges limited to Rs 100 or 10% of product cost.
Conditions for Non-Accepted Returns
- Return reported after 15 days from delivery ✖
- Client feels colour/shade differs (screens may vary) ✖
- Defective product already used once or twice ✖
- Stains or dirt present on product ✖
- Price tag not retained ✖

- Shipped but not delivered: refund processed once original item returned ✔

Refund Policy
Refund for returned products is processed within 5 working days from notification. Refunds are credited to the customer's bank account. Customers are advised to provide Bank Account No., IFSC Code when requested by our executive.
